The FC Barcelona Foundation (hereinafter FFCB) offers free of charge to all Internet users the educational resource Play-it (www.play-it.cat) which educates values through sport. .

The Internet users accessing the Play-it website voluntarily assume and commit to respect the terms of use of the website's contents and accept the general conditions of use and access stated below. Therefore, the user is entirely responsible of his behaviour, both whilst he is accessing the information on the Play-it website, and after having accessed it, and is the sole responsible before the FFCB and before third parties of the consequences that may derive of the inappropriate use of its contents or of any information not prepared by the FFCB and not published officially in its name. In a special manner, the FFCB rejects any responsibility regarding the information contained on the web pages of third parties connected by means of links, authorised or not, on the Play-it website.

The FFCB reserves the right to deny the access to the web site to those users who make an inappropriate use of its contents and/or do not comply any of the conditions in this document and that are accepted by the users, as well as the right to update, delete, limit or impede the access, temporarily or permanently to certain contents in the case inappropriate use is being made.

Access to Play-it as well as the information, contents and services it offers have to be used by the user in accordance to the legislation currently in force and applicable in good faith matters. The user commits to the aforementioned and to not carry out any inappropriate behaviour with regard to the website's contents and to not use any of its contents, photographs, information, etc., for forbidden or illegal acts that could in any way damage or harm the image of the FFCB or the website's operation and the services it provides.

Among its contents, Play-it includes links to other websites managed by third parties with the aim of providing the user with information exchangeable through Internet. Nevertheless, the FFCB will not be held responsible for the existence of links between third parties and other websites other than the FFCBs. The links provided on the Play-it website have informative purposes for the user and not in any case place the FFCB in a position of guarantor and /or offering party of the services or the information offered by third parties through these links.

The FFCB will not be held responsible in any case of the circumstances mentioned herein, included but not limited to, or of the damages that may arise from them, as it can not, or does not have to guarantee them: a) possible safety errors which may occur due to the use of computers infected with computer viruses; b) use on behalf of third parties of elements property of the FFCB that confuse their personality; c) offense by third parties of the industrial and intellectual property rights; d) defects in the services or errors in the contents of the website; e) the non-compliance by third parties that could affect the users of the website; f) the non-operation of the website or any of its services; g) consequences arising from the inappropriate operation of the navigator or of the use of non-updated versions of it.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/199, of 13th of December, on personal data protection, the information of the users who register in the Play-it website, and give their consent, will be included in an automated file responsibility of the FFCB, with legal address at Avinguda Arístides Maillol, s/n, in Barcelona (postcode 08028).

The users have to decide voluntarily if they grant or not their permission for the personal data they freely provide to be included in a file responsibility of the FFCB, with the aim of keeping them informed of the activities carried out by the FFCB. The user's data will not in any case be handed to third parties or organisations.

In the case the user does not agree for his data to be included in this file and subsequently treated for informative purposes, he only has to tick the box in which he does not authorise it to be included within this file. In the case he has authorised it but wants to reverse this authorisation or modify some of the data, the user simply has to send an e-mail to info@juga-la.cat, or to the address stated above. The user has the right to access, cancel, oppose and rectify his data as well as the right to know how many times this data has been transferred, if applicable.

The FFCB has the knowledge and technical means necessary for the computer treatment of data bases and for the provision of certain services, and is equipped and provided of the safety measures necessary for the appropriate protection and safety of the data, in accordance to the regulations established in Act 15/ 1999, of personal data protection.
